First post of the year 2013

Compton 20 mile run 6/4/13

 Jo and I started together but Jo is much quicker than me, so left me behind and finished second lady. Jo is brilliant.

Jo finishing, I did not finish as it was so cold and wet on the bike I could not continue onto the second run. But as you will be aware by now Jo is amazing and far superior to me.

Jo and I also ran the Newbury duathlon on 10/03/13, no photos for this but there is a video on you tube if you click on link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mExrcxker7o it is the first event in many a year that I have finished ahead of Jo. Not that we are competitive.

My first marathon of 2 this year is Kiev on 27/4. Training has been going well. The weather has not helped though.
